Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Made-to-order items, high demand or additional processing may add time.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders over $55.
• Orders under $55: $9.95 flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Carriers & delivery areas

Orders ship with USPS to addresses in the United States.

Returns

• Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be new and unused, in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• To start a return, email info@binkinproducts.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return arrives.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@binkinproducts.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
