Put BINKIN on your shelves.

Bracket I Never Knew I Needed — that’s the name, and that’s the pitch on the peg hook.

An American-made, adjustable L-bracket that solves one of the most common install headaches: holes that don't line up. A universal hardware SKU with a low entry price, peg-hook packaging and buyers across pro trades and DIY.

Why it sells

Nobody sold it.

One universal part that works for shelving, cabinets, fences, displays, HVAC and shop projects.

Installers have been repurposing hanging clips for decades — and there has never been anywhere to buy them. They arrive in the box with a mirror, get saved, and get used for a hundred jobs nobody printed on the packet.

The category default is a fixed-hole angle bracket at a dollar or two each. BINKIN is the same job done properly: a two-inch adjustable slot, made in the USA, sold by the pack at a price that moves off a shelf.

You won't find them in any hardware store. In fact you can't find anything like them.

Founders’ story

Todd Steliga spent thirty years in visual display products and school furniture. When his son James wanted his own business out of high school they got it going together, and James runs his own installation and remodeling company now.

James kept the leftover clips from a mirror install, the way installers do, and later used one to fix something on his truck. Todd had been doing the same thing for years, and so had every installer he'd worked alongside — which is how two people who knew the category came to be the ones who noticed nobody sold it.

James said, why don't we make these? They named it after the thing he didn't know he was looking for: the Bracket I Never Knew I Needed.
